Prohibited Products

Products WKLY will not promote

Products, content, or destinations may not involve:

• non-working or placeholder destinations;
• generic agencies without a working software Product;
• affiliate-only pages, arbitrary social profiles, or link farms;
• illegal goods, services, activity, or content;
• malware, phishing, credential theft, or unwanted software;
• adult sexual content or sexual services;
• gambling, unlicensed wagering, or prize schemes;
• prohibited financial activity, deceptive investment schemes, or deceptive health claims;
• services whose product is selling traffic, followers, engagement, leads, clicks, or other artificial promotion;
• hate, harassment, threats, exploitation, or discrimination;
• impersonation or misleading affiliation;
• deceptive claims or materially misleading destinations;
• redirect abuse, cloaking, unsafe shorteners, or bait-and-switch;
• link manipulation, paid-link schemes, or attempts to misrepresent sponsored ranking as editorial endorsement.

Enforcement

WKLY may reject or suspend a Product, disable a current or archived outbound link, and preserve immutable paid history and Final Standings. Moderation does not promise a refund; exceptional refunds follow the Refund policy.
