Product Owner commitments
You must control the Product and destination you submit, provide accurate lawful content, keep links safe, and follow the Prohibited Products policy. You authorize WKLY to display the approved Product snapshot as paid, sponsored ordering after a confirmed Bid Purchase.
Moderation and availability
WKLY may approve, reject, suspend, remove, or disable links when a Product creates legal, safety, fraud, policy, or operational risk. Marketplace and service availability may change, pause, or end. We do not promise final Rank, clicks, traffic, followers, engagement, leads, signups, conversions, sales, search results, or permanent visibility.
Checkout and weekly fulfillment
Each Bid Purchase uses an explicit Stripe Checkout for one one-time payment for sponsored advertising placement during the remaining Leaderboard Week. A browser return is not proof of payment: fulfillment begins only after WKLY verifies provider-confirmed payment. The confirmed base-dollar amount adds the same number of points to Weekly Bid Total; any tax is excluded. Confirmed purchases form immutable payment history, subject to a recorded refund, dispute, or invalidation. Totals reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC with no automatic renewal or carry-over.
Rank loss, later outbidding, weekly reset, or disappointing traffic or other results creates no refund right. Exceptional operator-approved refunds may be issued for duplicate payments or payments WKLY cannot fulfill, including a provider-confirmed payment that cannot be credited before its bound week's cutoff and reconciliation window closes. Refunds and disputes remain recorded after archival without rewriting frozen Final Standings. The Refund policy explains these circumstances.
Bid Purchases do not use Stripe Managed Payments, Connect marketplace payouts, subscriptions, authorization holds, saved automatic charging, off-session charging, recurring weekly renewal, or automatic bidding. Stripe Checkout may calculate or collect tax according to WKLY's production configuration and the customer's location. WKLY remains responsible for its own tax obligations under standard Stripe Payments.
