Eligible working software
WKLY's initial admission scope is working software Products, including SaaS, developer tools, design tools, AI applications, productivity software, and useful consumer software. Admission decisions determine eligibility only. Paid Rank applies only among eligible Products; administrators cannot add Bid points, edit Weekly Bid Total, select Rank, or grant hidden promotion.
One canonical Product identity may ordinarily have one visible entry per Leaderboard Week. A documented administrator exception is available only for distinct software Products that legitimately share a canonical domain.
How ranking works
An approved Product enters the current Leaderboard Week after its Product Owner completes a whole-dollar Bid Purchase of at least $1 through Stripe Checkout and WKLY confirms the one-time payment. Rank changes only after that confirmation. Each confirmed base-dollar amount adds the same number of points to the Product's Weekly Bid Total. Tax and payment-provider fees do not add points or affect Rank.
A Product's Weekly Bid Total is its initial Bid Purchase plus every confirmed additional Bid Purchase during that week. Higher totals rank first. If totals tie, the Product that first reached that total ranks first; the stable Product identifier breaks any remaining tie. The top ten receive stronger visual emphasis, while the complete paid leaderboard remains visible.
What a Bid Purchase buys
Payment buys sponsored advertising placement and visibility for the remainder of the current Leaderboard Week. It does not guarantee final Rank, clicks, traffic, followers, engagement, leads, signups, conversions, sales, search results, or a permanent homepage position. Another Product may outbid you later. Being outbid, losing Rank, the weekly reset, or receiving disappointing traffic creates no refund right.
Every additional Bid requires a new explicit, one-time Stripe Checkout. WKLY never uses a subscription, automatic weekly renewal, saved automatic charging, authorization hold, or recurring payment for Bid Purchases.
Monday reset and archive
Each Leaderboard Week ends Monday at 00:00 UTC. A new week opens from zero immediately, with zero carry-over of rank or Weekly Bid Total. The ended week briefly finalizes eligible payments completed before its cutoff, then freezes the complete Final Standings in a permanent archive and preserves the Weekly Champion.
Current and archived ordering is paid and sponsored. It is not a WKLY editorial recommendation or quality ranking.
After archival, WKLY deterministically publishes one Weekly Recap from the immutable Final Standings. The Weekly Champion receives the primary treatment, the final top three receive added emphasis, and the final top ten receive Product Result links. Inclusion is a sponsored Final Standing benefit, not an editorial selection. Subscribing, opening, clicking, or forwarding a recap creates no Bid points, Weekly Bid Total change, Rank preference, referral reward, or hidden promotion.
Re-entering reuses only the unchanged, approved Product. The Product Owner must choose a new whole-dollar Bid of at least $1, review the current terms, and explicitly complete a new Checkout. WKLY never carries forward an amount, Rank, order, Checkout, or payment preference and never auto-renews, auto-bids, or charges in the background.
